How we started
In 2015, after years of watching our neighbors get massively overcharged by Geek Squad for simple repairs, we opened a shop in Westchester. The simple promise: free diagnosis, clear price before work, and a real human on the phone who speaks your language.
We started with one technician. Today we are 12 — including two senior consultants with enterprise experience (one ex-IBM, one ex-Cisco), a CISSP cybersecurity specialist, two Apple-certified Mac technicians, and a CCNA Master for network infrastructure. All bilingual. All Miami-based.
What makes us different
We are not resellers. We do not have commission contracts with Microsoft, Dell, HP, or any cloud vendor. When we recommend something, it is because it fits you — not because we get paid.
We do not sell fear. Some IT shops exaggerate risk to upsell you. If your current setup is fine, we tell you. About 30% of our consultations end with "you do not need anything, you are good."
We do not lock you in. No long contracts. Cancel any month. We hand over admin credentials, documentation, and backups on day 1 of cancellation.
