How does mail in repair service work?

2. Please use proper packaging so your laptop or computer is not damaged more during shipping. Please wrap your devices in bubble wrap and put in a box for shipping. We do not recommend putting your devices in an envelope. Requiring a signature and adding insurance to your package are optional, however we do recommend. These devices are expensive, and should be treated that way.
3. When we receive your gadget, we perform a detailed diagnostic test to check the proper operation of the entire unit and provide you with a repair estimate via email, phone call or text unless we already have talked about the price . We will send you an email the day we get your gadget letting you know we received it and if there are any other problems with the gadget or what the problem is.
4. If you approve the repair, we will provide you the payment methods for you to process it via PayPal or Visa – Master Card. Once the payment is made for the repair we will repair your device right away.
5. If you choose not to have your gadget repaired, we will ship your device back to you with no additional charges and no repairs done in the same condition received.
