Business phone that sounds professional everywhere.

Hosted PBX, SIP trunks, Microsoft Teams Phone, or bring-your-own-carrier. Bilingual auto-attendants, softphones on the phone your staff already has, hurricane-proof cloud routing. Miami install + support.

What we deploy

We are platform-agnostic. Whichever answer fits your team, budget, and existing licensing is what we build. No reseller pushing a single brand.

  • Cloud hosted PBX — RingCentral, 8x8, Nextiva, Zoom Phone, Dialpad. Full-featured PBX in the cloud, users get softphone + desk phone + mobile app, no on-prem hardware to buy.
  • Microsoft Teams Phone — if you already pay for Microsoft 365 Business Voice or E5, we activate the calling plan, port your numbers, and set up auto-attendants. Users make/receive calls in the same Teams app they use for chat.
  • SIP trunking — for offices with an existing PBX (3CX, Asterisk, Cisco CUCM) that needs cheaper origination + termination. We connect Bandwidth, Twilio, or Telnyx trunks.
  • Bilingual auto-attendant + call routing — "Press 1 for English, dos para español" done right — professionally voiced, mapped to bilingual staff, follows business hours + holidays.
  • Number porting — keep your existing Miami number. We handle the LOA paperwork with your current carrier, coordinate the cutover, run it on a Saturday morning so no calls are lost.
  • E911 + compliance — every extension registered to the correct physical address (mandatory since Kari's Law + RAY BAUM's Act), tested end-to-end.

Where Miami VoIP goes sideways

Two failure modes we see over and over in Miami:

  • Bad audio — usually caused by no QoS on the network. VoIP + Zoom + Netflix on the same switch with no traffic prioritization means every call sounds like an underwater conversation. Our install includes QoS config on every switch that touches voice traffic.
  • Storm outages — office ISP goes down, phones dead. We configure automatic failover — inbound calls forward to cell numbers or a secondary office within 60 seconds of the outbound circuit going dark. Tested twice per year.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you sell the phone service, or just set it up?
You buy the service directly from the carrier. We help you pick, negotiate the contract, and handle the technical install and support. No reseller commissions influencing our recommendation. Some clients pay us a small monthly management fee to own the ongoing support; others pay hourly when needed.
Can we keep our existing phones?
Depends on the model. Polycom, Yealink, Cisco IP phones from the last ~5 years usually re-provision to a new PBX without issue. Older gear (analog handsets on an ATA, or single-vendor-locked hardware) is often not worth the effort — we discuss during design.
Does VoIP work if the internet is down?
Not directly — VoIP needs internet. But we design around it: automatic call forwarding to mobile phones during outages, secondary LTE circuit as a warm backup, or (for critical single-line businesses) a small POTS line preserved just for E911 and forward-inbound during storms.
We are on Microsoft 365 — should we use Teams Phone instead of RingCentral?
Usually yes if you have E5 or Business Voice already — it is bundled at no extra per-user cost and users make calls from the app they already have open. Third-party PBXs are still preferred when you need call-center features (queues with SLAs, whisper coaching, granular reporting) that Teams Phone does not do as well. We walk you through the trade-off with real numbers.
